Covid-19 Procedures beginning June 1st, 2020

OUR LOBBY WILL BE OPEN FOR NORMAL BUSINESS

WE ASK THAT YOU OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING:

We ask that only one family member per patient come into the clinic.

  • If you do not feel comfortable coming into the clinic, or if you have children that need to be with you, please wait in your car for the duration of the visit. Call us at 342-7498 when you arrive and we are happy to come get your patient from your car and confer with you via telephone. Please have your feline patients in a carrier and your canine patients on an appropriate leash to help us get them into the clinic safely.

Please practice social distancing (6-foot separation) while in our office including while in the examination room.

  • Please allow our staff to restrain your pet if needed so that social distancing can be maintained.

Prescription refills, food orders and other supply needs can be purchased in the lobby but please only one family member come in to do so. We will still offer curbside service to clients that do not wish to come in. You will need to make payment arrangements over the phone when you call in your order.

  • Upon arrival call 342-7498 and we will bring your items to your vehicle. You can also visit our online store at www.dakotahillsvetclinic.securevetsource.com to have supplements, food and prescription refills delivered directly to your home.

Please reschedule if you are ill or have had possible Covid-19 exposure. Please have patience with us as we do our very best to still provide excellent care for your loved ones while also protecting ours.
