Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time to complete the check-in process.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible so that we can help you reschedule. Appointments canceled less than two hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
New Client Deposit
In order to hold an appointment date/time for your pet, a deposit equivalent to the scheduled examination fee may be charged at the time of booking. This deposit will go toward your invoice total on the day of your pet’s visit. Should you need to reschedule or cancel, new client deposits are refundable, provided we are notified at least two hours prior to the initial scheduled appointment.
