We’re Remodeling!

August 2, 2021

Exciting updates are coming!

Changes are coming to the lobby and retail area at Dakota Hills Veterinary Clinic! Please make note that during the month of August, our lobby and retail area will be closed for remodeling.

CURBSIDE SERVICE

During this time we will be utilizing a modified curbside approach to still be able to provide services to you and your pets while our space is limited.

You will still be able to accompany your pet inside for your pet’s appointment, just give us a call to check in from your car when you arrive.

The main clinic entrance will be closed during construction. Most veterinary appointments and surgeries will be directed to a door located on the west end of the building.

BOARDING

If you are boarding your dog with us, you will be able to pick up and drop off using the door on the east end of the building between the hours of 8 am – 11 am and 3 pm – 6 pm Monday through Friday, and 3 pm – 4:30 pm on Saturday. Our feline boarding area will be inaccessible during construction, so we will not be able to board any feline guests. Please call to check in with us when you arrive to either drop off or pick up your pet during the designated boarding hours listed above. A member of our staff will come out to assist you.

PRESCRIPTION AND FOOD ORDERS

We will continue to provide prescriptions and food. We ask that you call well in advance to let us know what you need, we will confirm availability, and collect payment via phone when possible. We will call you when we have your order ready and will provide instructions on where you are to meet us to pick up your order. Someone from our staff will bring your order to your car.

We may have to close a day or two the first week in August while the flooring is being removed due to the equipment noise. We will do our best to communicate those changes with you as soon as we are able.

Thank you for your patience during the construction! If all goes well we will be able to show you our remodeled lobby in September!

As always, feel free to give us a call with any questions you may have.

Thank you!
